Welcome to our website. As you use this website you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service, which govern Cash4Free.com's relationship with you in relation to the Cash4Free.com website.

The term”Cash4Free” or "Cash4Free.com" or "us" or "we" refers to the owner of Cash4Free.com. The term "you" or "your" or “user” refers to the viewer or user of this website.

The use of Cash4Free is subject to the following terms of use:

General Membership Terms

1. You must be 18 or older. Users may also be 13 years old or older if you have permission from a parent or legal guardian. If you are under 18 years old, you must certify that a legal guardian or your parent has given you permission to use this website when you checked the box next to: I agree to the Terms of Service.
2. You must provide information that is valid and true at all times when using Cash4Free.
3. Only one account may be created per computer per person, and no more than one account may be created per household.
4. You must login and use Cash4Free.com only on your one personal computer that you own.. You may be disqualified if you use Cash4Free on a shared or public computer.
5. No proxies or other methods of masking or rerouting your connection to Cash4Free are allowed.
6. To use Cash4Free you must be a legal resident of the United States of America, Canada or the United Kingdom.

Account Cancellation

Currently there is no account cancellation function. Simply stop loggin in when you want to cancel your account.

Transferring Accounts

Accounts may not change ownership, be exchanged, sold, or transferred except by Cash4Free.

Completing Offers

Only Cash4Free is responsible for offering crediting. You may not contact offer providers or advertisers regarding offer credit.

1. You are only allowed to complete offers that you have not ever completed in the past.
2. Cash4Free aims for 100% accuracy, but errors sometimes do happen. Cash4Free may not be held responsible when there is a typographical mistake on an offer page.
3. Cash4Free may change the rates commission on any offer at our sole discretion, without notice.
4. You must only complete offers that you are legitimately interested in. If you are found, at the sole discretion of Cash4Free to have completed an offer in which you do not have a legitimate interest, you will forfeit your earnings and your account will be disqualified.
5. We use the best tracking software available, but on rare occasions an offer will not credit properly. When an offer has a problem in tracking or crediting, Cash4Free cannot guarantee payments. If you ever have an offer that does not properly credit you, you may request credit manually: simply supply a confirmation email for the offer. After a manual credit request has been posted, Cash4Free does not guarantee credit.
6. On occasion an offer link will redirect to another offer. In this case, you are not allowed to complete the subsequent offer. Attempts to finish an offer that came from a redirection will not be credited.
7. We have no control over the contractual agreements of the offers listed on Cash4Free and therefore we will not be held responsible for any terms or conditions in any agreement you may have with offers listed. We suggest users read all of the terms in the offers available on Cash4Free carefully before signing each offer.

Grounds for Disqualification

You may be disqualified and forfeit your earnings in, but not limited to, these cases:

1. You violate any of the terms in these Terms of Service.
   
2. You post your referral link in a place where it is not welcome ("spamming").
   
3. You attempt to exploit a vulnerability on Cash4Free ("hacking").
   
4. You are determined by Cash4Free, at the sole discretion of Cash4Free, to be damaging to the stability of Cash4Free or detrimental to Cash4Free's relationship with our advertisers.
   
5. You post instructions for a walkthrough, how to cancel any offer, or any other kind of suggestion or tutorial on a website.
   
6. You suggest an offer based only on the payout of the offer, or give instructions for the completion of a certain offer, or cancel web addresses or telephone numbers.
7. You provide untrue or invalid information on any offer. You must use your valid information on every offer you complete. You may not use an email address or voicemail box that exists solely for completing offers.

In the event of advertiser reporting you as using a fraudulent or stolen credit card, your account will be immediately terminated and all points forfeit. If it is reported to us by an advertiser that you have provided false or invalid information we will charge your account double, and may terminate your account, at our discretion. Fraudulent activities will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

The use of Prepaid Credit Cards and/or Debit Cards is strictly prohibited on Cash4Free. If it is discovered that you are using such a card from our sponsors you will not be paid and we will ban your account.

To prevent fraud Cash4Free reserves the right to request additional information from users at any time to ensure that offers are completed legitimately. Information requested may include, but will not be limited to, a copy or copies of any credit card statements used for completing any and all Offers. Cash4Free uses this information to determine if stolen credit cards were used for any transaction.

Unless and until requested any additional information is provided by the user, Cash4Free reserves the right to place any request for payment on hold at any time. Cash4Free will provide ample notice to the User to provide the requested information. If for any reason you do not provide us with the information requested before processing your request for payment, then you will immediately be suspended and you will remain in suspension until we receive the information requested.

Payment

Do not contact advertisers regarding payment of rewards. Paypal payments are disbursed by Cash4Free within 24 hours of request on business days; all other payments are are disbursed by Cash4Free every Friday.
Substitution: When a substitution occurs, Cash4Free will make reasonable efforts to alert the user. Except by Cash4Free, no assignment, transfer, or substitution of cashouts is permitted.

Referrals

Definitions: A "referral" is a user who signs up for Cash4Free at another user's suggestion or under their direction, either with a referral link or by other means.

Conditions: Each referral must be valid and unique. One user may not sign up for another user. "Valid and unique" is defined as using a different internet connection or living in a different household.

Falsification of referrals: If you are discovered to be falsifying referrals, you may be subject to termination of your account, losing your earnings, and/or legal action.

Walkthroughs: You may not assist your referrals in completing offers, and you may not instruct your referrals in completing offers. These actions are considered "walkthroughs" and are forbidden.

Responsibility: You are responsible for the eligibility and validity of your referrals. Creating false referrals will result in your account being terminated and losing your earnings, regardless of your method or intentions.

Indemnification

You agree that during any court proceedings in the future, Cash4Free will be without any fault or liability ("hold harmless").

Unenforceability: In the event that any provision in this agreement is made or held unenforceable or invalid by any court statute, decision, rule or otherwise, the other provisions in this agreement will not be affected.

Reserved Rights

Cash4Free reserves these rights: the right of denial of any payment for any valid and legitimate reason; the right to disable accounts; the right to change these terms of service; the right to end this agreement.

Liability

Cash4Free shall not be held legally liable for any damages whatsoever- indirect, special, punitive, incidental, consequential or other- (including loss of business, damage for loss of any profit from any business, or interruption of the information for a business, all without limitation), arising from or connected to the performance or availability of Cash4Free or the use of information on Cash4Free even if Cash4Free was advised previously that there was the possibility of this kind of damage.
